Cache-Control: public, max-age=1024000 Pharmacopoeia Extemporanea: A Plaister for the Feet

A Plaister for the Feet.

Take Cephalic Plaister 3 drams; hard Pitch 2 drams; powdered Euphorbium 2 scruples; Camphire and Oil Amber, each 1 scruple mix.

It's useful and necessary in such Fevers as are accompanied with Head-ach, Doziness, Watchings, Phrensie, etc. for as much as the estuating Blood is then circulated unequally, and more impetuously thrown up into the Head, than the lower parts; concerning which see Lotion for the feet.
